AirSMS

Terms of Service

Version in force from 27 August 2026

These are the rules for using Air SMS. They cover how you order a top-up. They cover what we owe you, and what you owe us. We wrote them in plain words on purpose. Read them once and you will know where you stand.

Two shorter documents sit beside this one. See the privacy notice for what we do with your data. See the cookie notice for what the site stores in your browser.

The eight rules that govern every order

Each rule below stands on its own. Together they are the whole agreement.

01

The agreement you are accepting

These terms form a contract between you and Air SMS. They apply the moment you create an account or place an order. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service. We may update them when the law or the service changes. The date at the top always shows the current version.

02

What the service does

Air SMS sends prepaid credit, data and voice or SMS bundles to mobile numbers abroad. We pass your order to the operator that runs the number. We do not issue currency and we do not hold balances for you. Credit lands on the recipient phone, never in an Air SMS wallet.

03

Your account and your details

Keep your login private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Give us a real email address so receipts and delivery notices reach you. You must enter the recipient number correctly. We match the operator from the number you supply.

04

Orders, prices and payment

Every order shows the amount the recipient gets and the amount you pay. Both appear before you confirm. We add no checkout fee and no margin on the exchange rate. Card payments run through a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We do not store your card number on our servers.

05

Delivery and what can delay it

We send each order to the operator as soon as payment clears. Operator systems, local outages or a barred number can hold an order up. If an order cannot be delivered, we cancel it and return the money. We tell you by email either way.

06

Refunds and cancellations

A top-up cannot be recalled once the operator credits the phone. So a delivered order is final. If delivery fails, you get a full refund to the original payment method. Wrong number entered by you is not a delivery failure. Write to us anyway and we will look at the case.

07

Auto Top-Up rules

Auto Top-Up runs on a schedule you set. You choose the amount, the number and the date. You can pause or cancel it at any time from your account. Each run bills at the price shown on the day it runs. We email a receipt for every run.

08

Fair use and account limits

The service is for personal and small business use. Do not use it for fraud, resale schemes or any illegal purpose. We may hold or refuse an order that trips our risk checks. We may close an account that breaks these rules. Unspent value is refunded when we do.

What each rule means in practice

The table restates the five points people ask about most. It changes nothing above. It just puts the answers in one place.

See how a top-up travels to the phone
Air SMS service commitments in summary
Subject Our position In short
Order routing Direct to the operator No reseller chain in between
Checkout total Fixed before you confirm No fee added after payment
Card data Handled by the payment provider Never stored by Air SMS
Failed delivery Cancelled and refunded Back to the original method
Auto Top-Up Paused or stopped by you No notice period applies

Limits on liability

We are liable for the value of the order you paid for. We are not liable for what happens after the credit lands. Missed calls, lost data or a blocked handset sit with the operator. Nothing here removes rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Changes to the service

Coverage moves as operators come and go. We may add or drop a country or a bundle type. Orders already paid for are never affected by a change. Check the country list before you plan a recurring send.

Disputes and governing law

Write to us first. Most problems are a failed order and we fix those fast. If we cannot agree, the courts of your country of residence may hear the case. The English text of these terms is the version that applies.
