What each cookie does
Four cookies. Three are needed to finish a top-up. One is optional and only counts page visits. You can turn that one off and lose nothing.

How to change your mind
Consent is a setting, not a one-way door. Three routes, all under your control.
02 Clear the choice to reset it
Delete our cookies in your browser settings. The card returns on your next visit. You can then pick the other option with no penalty.
03 Block them at the browser
Every major browser can block or clear cookies per site. Blocking essential ones will stop checkout from working. Optional counts can go with no loss.
What we never do with cookies
Most of this policy is about restraint. The short list below is a promise, and it is the reason the table above stays short.
We are a top-up service, not an ad business. Read the full privacy notice for how account data is held, or the terms of service for the rules of use.
- We never sell or rent cookie data. Not to brokers, not to networks.
- We run no cross-site advertising pixels and no retargeting tags.
- We never store card numbers in a cookie. They stay with the processor.
- We never read cookies set by other sites. That is not possible here.
- We never treat silence as a yes. Optional cookies wait for a click.
Common questions
Do cookies see my card details?
No. Card data never touches our servers. Payment runs through a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider, and the cookie only carries a short session reference.
Will refusing cookies slow my top-up?
No. Delivery still averages five to seven seconds. Essential cookies keep the basket intact, and that is all they do.
Do you sell what the counts show?
Never. We do not sell or rent any of it. No ad network gets a copy, and we run no cross-site advertising tags.
Does this cover the mobile apps too?
This page covers airsms.com. Apps use device storage rather than browser cookies, and the same rules on sharing apply there.
